UAE initiates ambitious recruitment drive for Emiratis in education sector

Strategic Initiative Unveiled:

The UAE has revealed an ambitious recruitment campaign slated for 2024, aiming to employ 1,000 Emiratis annually within the private education sector over the next four years. 

This significant endeavor is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Ministry of Education, and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, known as the Nafis programme.

Empowering Citizenry Through Specialized Training:

Under the Teaching Specialists Programme, specialized training will be provided to Emiratis, equipping them with tailored knowledge and competencies essential for securing roles in administrative and teaching positions. 

The program will primarily concentrate on areas such as Arabic language, Islamic and social studies, national identity, nursery, primary school education, special education, education guidance, leadership roles, and various administrative positions.

Ambitious Job Placement Goals:

The government aims to facilitate job placements for 4,000 Emiratis within the private education sector over the next four years through this comprehensive strategy. 

This initiative underscores the nation’s commitment to empowering its citizens, fostering their professional growth, and enhancing their contribution to the flourishing education landscape in the UAE.
