“Sanja’s impact on my life was immense,” she reflects. “Her resilience, kindness, and tireless work ethic demonstrated what it means to be an entrepreneur. She mentored me through every stage of my career, from my academic years in Paris to my ventures into various industries.”

Ena’s career began in luxury fashion marketing but quickly transitioned to technology, a sector she found both creative and intellectually stimulating. She launched her career in Paris in traditional gaming on PC and console, transitioned to mobile gaming at Paradox Interactive, and finally embraced Web3 gaming. One of her most notable roles was as Digital Marketing Manager at Illuvium, a leading Web3 game.

“I knew I had chosen the right industry when I found that working in gaming didn’t feel like work,” Berbic says. “The creativity and friendships in the sector made long hours enjoyable and rewarding.”

Ena’s shift to the mobile EV-charging industry, with the launch of Charger, was a natural progression. After a frustrating experience with EV charging in Dubai, she and her co-founder identified a gap in the market. Charger’s innovative approach brings mobile EV charging directly to users, mirroring the success of fuel delivery services like Cafu.

Her achievements are a testament to her entrepreneurial prowess. Launching two businesses within two years in Dubai is no small feat. “Starting Cognitio Strategies and Charger has been incredibly rewarding,” she says. “Securing Illuvium and OPEN as clients for Cognitio and bringing Charger from concept to a licensed mobile charging service in Dubai are milestones I’m particularly proud of.”

Her dedication is evident in Charger’s success, evolving from a pitch deck to an operational EV charging service partnered with DEWA. Ena’s commitment to hard work, embodied by her high school motto “Labor Omnia Vincit” (Work Conquers All), drives her achievements.

Women’s attention to detail and thoroughness can bring valuable perspectives to these industries.”

Berbic’s definition of success has evolved. “Success used to be about achieving specific positions or signing clients,” she notes. “Now, it means reaching milestones like getting Charger fully operational and making a tangible impact.”
