Remus shared that West expressed interest in purchasing property during their recent meetings, shedding light on the rapper’s contemplation of this significant investment.

Highlighting the growing trend among affluent clients, Remus mentioned that Dubai has been drawing substantial attention from wealthy individuals looking to relocate. 

West’s potential interest further emphasizes the emirate’s allure for high-profile figures seeking property investments.

During his visit, West made a surprise appearance at the Blu Dubai nightclub, where he delivered an impromptu concert alongside fellow rappers Lil Durk and Ty Dolla $ign. His presence was also noted at Nobu by The Beach, where the celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa extended a warm welcome to the rapper, who was seen barefoot during the encounter.
