World Art Dubai (WAD), the region’s most accessible retail art fair, is back for its 11th edition from April 17–20, 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Featuring over 400 artists and galleries from more than 65 countries, the fair is a vibrant celebration of global creativity, offering a dynamic platform for artistic discovery, cultural exchange, and commercial opportunity.

New for 2025: VIP Access and Hosted Buyer Programme
WAD 2025 introduces two premium features:
- VIP Preview: An exclusive, invite-only event that gives collectors early access to artworks and artists.
- Hosted Buyer Programme: A curated matchmaking initiative connecting art buyers and exhibitors to promote meaningful commercial interactions.
These initiatives are designed to foster deeper connections within the international art community and drive growth in the UAE’s art market.
Global Art Under One Roof
This year, WAD expands its international reach with new country pavilions from:
- Zimbabwe: Showcasing bold contemporary styles.
- Mongolia: Highlighting nomadic cultural influences.
- Australia: Featuring large-scale, expressive murals.
- Estonia: Celebrating modern European creativity.
Returning pavilions like Turkey and the UAE will be joined for the first time by the Emirati Pavilion and Philippines Pavilion, celebrating the cultural heritage and talent from these regions.
Immersive Experiences & Live Art
Visitors can immerse themselves in a range of interactive workshops, live art shows, and youth programmes, in collaboration with Dubai Culture, a key strategic partner.
Highlights include:
- The Textile Hub: A new section spotlighting the power of textile art through hands-on experiences and storytelling.
- Public Art Initiative (in partnership with One Central): Large-scale installations will extend the fair’s creative influence beyond the venue.
- Artist-in-Residence Programme: Providing international artists a creative space in Dubai, showcasing their journey live to the public.
- WAD Around the World – Country of Honour: China: Enjoy traditional and contemporary Chinese art, along with live cultural performances.
