Dr. Anwar Gargash, diplomatic adviser to the President of the UAE, reaffirmed the country’s support for Gazans through a message on social media, emphasizing the UAE’s commitment to its comprehensive relief program and ongoing political efforts with Arab nations to address the crisis.

The Eid gathering also served as a poignant reminder of the community’s strength and unity. Families and friends came together, not just to celebrate but to share in the spirit of giving and compassion that Ramadan fosters. Amajda El Moudden, a French worshipper, added, “We are thinking about our brothers in Palestine. We are praying for peace somehow.”

Palestinian attendees, too, expressed a mix of joy and solemnity. Marah Alasadi, attending Eid prayers at the mosque for the first time, shared, “We are praying for a peaceful world.” This sentiment was echoed by Ali Tarsha, another Palestinian, who highlighted the significance of communal prayer as a source of solace and spiritual renewal.
