Arrival of Patients and Family Members

Dozens of additional Palestinian children and cancer patients, totaling 77 patients alongside 43 accompanying family members, have arrived in the UAE for medical treatment. They were evacuated from Gaza and transported to the Emirates from El Arish Airport in Egypt.

Receiving Medical Care in the UAE

After their arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport on Saturday night, they were promptly transported to local hospitals for necessary medical care.

Humanitarian Initiative

This marks the fourth group of Gazans to be brought to the Emirates for treatment as part of a humanitarian initiative aimed at extending support and solidarity to the Palestinian people amidst the Israel-Gaza conflict.

UAE’s Supportive Measures

President Sheikh Mohamed had announced a comprehensive relief campaign, committing to providing treatment for 1,000 injured Palestinian children and 1,000 cancer patients. Additionally, the UAE established a field hospital in Gaza, which commenced operations on Saturday.
