Camelia Zainal Baqer Moheibi organized the delivery of aid to Abu Dhabi for the UAE campaign to collect aid for Palestinians in Gaza. 

Her contribution included children’s clothes from her business and canned goods, candles, blankets, and other essential items.

A Heartfelt Gesture of Help:

Upon learning about the campaign, Camelia felt compelled to contribute and felt that this was the least she could do to assist those in need. 

She extended her support by offering transportation in her trucks to anyone who wanted to send aid but couldn’t.

Camelia expressed her pride in being an Emirati and a part of a country that consistently extends a helping hand and provides aid to those in need.

Compassion for Gaza Initiative:

Camelia is among the numerous UAE residents who have united to support the ‘Compassion for Gaza’ initiative spearheaded by the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC). 

This initiative is dedicated to delivering essential items to the besieged city of Gaza.

Volunteers Join Efforts:

Volunteers gathered at the Abu Dhabi Ports Hall in Mina Zayed, working diligently to pack thousands of kilograms of aid. 

The campaign has received overwhelming support from the community, with hundreds of individuals and families contributing essential items.

Children as young as 4 years old accompanied their parents to participate in the initiative. 

They enthusiastically assisted in packing items into boxes, contributing to the humanitarian effort.

Essential Items:

The packed items included a range of essentials, from hygiene products such as toothbrushes and shampoo to canned food, biscuits, baby food, and blankets.

ERC plans to announce more collection points nationwide in the coming days.
