This platform allowed him to share his insights and connect with like-minded individuals.
Transition to Digital Content
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was a turning point for Nadim. Recognizing the surge in digital content consumption, he shifted from written reviews to short, engaging video content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This strategic move resonated with a broader audience, rapidly expanding his follower base to over 500,000 across various platforms. His concise, one-minute reviews became a staple for viewers seeking quick yet insightful recommendations.
Commitment to Authenticity
Nadim’s credibility stems from his unwavering commitment to unbiased reviews. He firmly states, “I never accept payments for reviews, though many try.” This integrity has earned him the trust of his followers and respect within the industry. Initially focusing on international content, Nadim recognized the importance of regional representation. About three years ago, he began exploring Arabic series, aiming to elevate the quality of film and TV in the Arab world. Having experienced anxiety and grief, especially after the loss of both parents, he speaks openly about the importance of therapy and mental well-being—a topic often considered taboo in the Arab world. While Nadim’s journey began with reviewing content, he is now revisiting his filmmaking roots. He is currently pitching a TV project that he believes will bring something “cool and different” to the Arab world, though details remain under wraps.
