The event boasts a star-studded lineup with the original trio of MasterChef Australia – Gary Mehigan, Matt Preston, and George Calombaris – gracing the Philips Cook School, Waterfront Market BBQ School, and Kibsons Mystery Box Challenge.
Dibba Bay Oyster Shuck-Off: A New Addition
In an exciting new feature, the Taste of Dubai will present the Dibba Bay Oyster Shuck-Off, marking the end of the Dibba Bay Oyster Festival. This thrilling shucking competition will see chefs and amateurs alike vying for the ‘UAE Shucking Champion’ title, with World Shucking Champion Patrick McMurray hosting the contests.
Philips Cook School and Family Cooking Sessions
The Philips Cook School will offer complimentary workshops where chefs will assist participants in crafting special recipes. A special ‘Mommy and Me’ session is also planned to create memorable cooking experiences for families.
