In a world where many give up at the first sign of struggle, Tala Nemeh chose the harder road. Born in Syria in 1993, Tala was no stranger to uncertainty. But it wasn’t war or chaos that defined her life — it was her resilience, passion, and hunger for more.
In 2010, at the age of 17, she made a life-changing decision. Despite her parents’ disagreement, she moved to Lebanon alone and enrolled at Brummana High School as a boarding student. That moment, Tala says, made me stronger and more independent than I ever imagined.
The Unexpected Call That Changed Everything

While living in Syria and managing her life post-studies, Tala Nemeh was catching up with a friend based in Dubai who worked in real estate. Casual chatting quickly turned into life planning when he said something she couldn’t forget — You’ve got all it takes.
One week later, she was on a plane to Dubai. Four days after landing, she joined her first real estate brokerage company. It was a whirlwind of decisions, risk-taking, and unshakable belief in herself.
The Fall That Fueled Her Comeback
But not everything went as planned. In her first 45 days in Dubai, the brokerage firm underwent major restructuring. The leader of her team was fired. Then, Tala was let go too.
“I remember walking around Dubai, unsure if I should just go back to Syria,” she shares. “It was two months of emotional exhaustion, questioning everything.”
But she didn’t give up. “I told myself — fake it until you make it. Be kind. Always. Dubai doesn’t have enough kind people.”
Climbing the Ranks with Tonino Lamborghini Residences
Tala Nemeh’s big break came when she started working with Tonino Lamborghini Residences, a luxury real estate development in Dubai. With no previous sales background, and English not even being her first language, she built her way up, client by client, showing homes and selling dreams.
She quickly became a top achiever, gaining recognition in the competitive world of Dubai real estate. “At first, communication wasn’t my strength,” she admits. “But I kept pushing, learning, watching others, improving every day.”
A New Chapter with Binghatti
In July 2025, Tala made another big move by joining Binghatti, the second largest developer in the UAE. Since then, she’s been building a bigger name, stronger presence, and deeper impact.
Her Instagram is now a blend of real estate highlights, daily motivation, and a behind-the-scenes look at the Dubai lifestyle — a mix that has started inspiring not just clients, but young women across the region.
“I want to be on everyone’s mind,” she says. “Not just selling a home, but selling a dream every single day.”
The Power of Mentorship
Even with all her individual hustle, Tala is the first to say she didn’t get here alone. “So many people helped me — at work, personally, emotionally,” she says.
But there’s one person she always credits — Ali, her previous manager. “He worked so hard to shape me. He saw potential in me before I even did. I owe so much of who I am today to him.”
More Than Just Sales — It’s About Purpose
Tala doesn’t see her job as just about property. “Success isn’t working 9 to 6. Success is when you can’t wait to go to work every day. That’s how I feel.”
She’s not driven by competition or commission. Her eyes are set on a bigger vision — one of purpose, excellence, and legacy. “Every morning, I look at my list of goals — things I need to buy, dreams I need to chase, lives I want to impact.”
“Keep Going Little One”
Those four words are her daily mantra:
Keep going little one. You are special amongst all the rest.
In the tough moments — like those two months between jobs or the long days learning how to sell luxury properties — she held onto that line.
From Les Roches to Leading Deals in Dubai
Tala’s academic path is as rich as her professional one. After finishing her final school year in Lebanon, she went on to study business at the Lebanese American University. But her curiosity led her to switch to hotel management at Les Roches Academy in Jordan, one of the world’s top hospitality schools.
From 2014 to 2019, she applied her learnings as a food and beverage manager at a top restaurant chain in Syria. That experience taught her discipline, client management, and grace under pressure — tools she now uses daily in real estate.
Chasing More Than Money
As her success continues to grow, Tala remains grounded. Her focus isn’t just on money, fame, or sales.
“I want to inspire people. Especially those who feel stuck. Especially girls who don’t have support. If I made it from Syria to here, they can too.”
A Future Built on Dreams
With a powerful blend of independence, emotional intelligence, and grit, Tala Nemeh is not just climbing the Dubai skyline — she’s helping build it.
Whether you follow her on Instagram or meet her in a luxury property viewing, one thing is clear — she’s just getting started.
Her message is simple, but unforgettable:
Be kind. Believe in yourself. And never stop moving forward.
