At just 21, she seized an opportunity to work in Abu Dhabi, earning AED 1,500 a month as a sales assistant in an abaya shop. Living in Al Shahlilah village, she shared a cramped storeroom with 14 other women. Meals often consisted of a single shawarma a day — yet Sania never saw this as struggle.

“My childhood had already toughened me,” she recalls. “Even selling home-cooked meals with my mother at the age of 10 taught me the value of hard work and gratitude.”
