Contract Registrations Down Year-on-Year

Despite the surge in off-plan sales, contract registrations observed a decline of 27.1 percent compared to the same period last year. This downturn in registrations contrasts with the heightened off-plan transactions, indicating a discrepancy between the recent surge and the comparative figures from the previous year.
