PureGlass Establishes Regional Production Headquarters in Sharjah:
In a significant move within the global glass industry, PureGlass has inaugurated its first regional production headquarters in Sharjah’s Sajaa Industrial Area with support from the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah).
State-of-the-Art Facility:
PureGlass has invested over Dh45 million to construct a cutting-edge facility spanning 10,000 square meters. This state-of-the-art factory boasts an impressive daily production capacity of 1,000 square meters and is poised to create numerous job opportunities, particularly in its initial phases.
From Luanda to Sharjah: PureGlass’s Journey:
Founded in 2014 in Luanda, Angola, PureGlass has earned recognition as a tempered and laminated glass production specialist. Now, the company is ready to broaden its footprint in the UAE, the wider region, and global markets. This expansion strategy is underpinned by Sharjah’s strategic geographical positioning, advanced logistics infrastructure, and abundant growth opportunities.
Rising Demand for Glass:
In the current year, there has been a notable 5% increase in the demand for glass compared to 2022. This trend is not limited to the local market alone, as the glass industry as a whole has experienced a robust growth rate of 7%. These figures underline the escalating requirements of both local and global markets, further fueling PureGlass’s ambitions for expansion.

A delegation from Invest in Sharjah, led by CEO Mohamed Juma Al Musharrkh, alongside João Pestana, Business Development Manager at PureGlass, attended the launch of PureGlass’s headquarters in Sharjah.
Al Musharrkh highlighted the continuously evolving and thriving supportive ecosystem for investors in Sharjah and the UAE. He emphasized the region’s position as a preferred destination for investors, with long-term investments in local markets, indicating a conducive environment for business success and easy access to regional and global markets.
