Foreign terrorists carried out a bombing strike at a Catholic service in the Philippines, according to President Ferdinand Marcos.

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos strongly condemned a bombing attack carried out by foreign terrorists during a Catholic mass in the southern Philippines on Sunday, resulting in the tragic loss of at least three lives.

President’s Firm Response:

In a statement released on the matter, President Marcos expressed his condemnation in the strongest possible terms, denouncing the senseless and heinous acts perpetrated by foreign terrorists. 

The incident targeted the Mindanao State University (MSU) and Marawi communities early on Sunday morning.
