Ms. Al-Momani possesses extensive experience in the design and implementation of both governmental and commercial projects. Her journey commenced in 2008 with the establishment of a small architectural office in the Jordanian capital, Amman. Among her early landmark achievements was the design of a private villa for Russian investor Mr. Sayed Majid Mamoyan, founder of Independence Mall, which was selected as the “Most Beautiful Villa Design” by Home magazine in 2009.

Subsequently, her firm was commissioned to design and execute a private palace in Zurich, spanning an area of 15,000 square meters. Her work gained further recognition in 2010, as she expanded her portfolio with villa projects in Paris, Freiburg, Kyiv, and later in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. In 2012, she laid the foundation for Zain UAE in Abu Dhabi and soon after launched a branch in Dubai. Her distinguished work in private villa design for high-profile figures culminated in her most notable project to date: the design of a private museum for His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
Ms. Al-Momani has also been entrusted with the design of headquarters for leading international corporations, including South Korea’s Lotte, Japan’s Daikin, Australia’s Bounce, the Center for Strategic and Research Studies, the official newspaper Barq Al Emarat, the government-affiliated Nirvana Travel and Tourism Company, the MD Hotel owned by Jiwan Group, and many others. Notably, she fully redesigned the global restaurant chain Buffalo Wings and Rings in 2011, contributing to its international expansion.
Her accomplishments have earned her recognition on numerous television programs highlighting her inspiring success story. She was also the subject of a dedicated thirty-episode feature on Sharjah TV, focused on “Designing the Dream Home,” in which she provided valuable guidance on architectural principles and creative design.
Ms. Al-Momani plays an active role in local and international architectural conferences and events. Among her notable participations was her presence at the “Emirati Women: The Future Is Now 2024” conference, as well as her involvement in panel discussions addressing sustainability and urban planning.
