Pia Isabel Rössle: From Supermodel to Psychedelic Healing Visionary

Pia Isabel Rössle, a German-Chilean entrepreneur, psychologist, and former international model, has emerged as a leading figure in the realm of psychedelic therapy and holistic healing. Her transformative journey from personal awakening to global influence offers inspiration to many seeking deeper connections and healing.

Early Life and Spiritual Awakening

Growing up between Germany and Chile, Pia was exposed to diverse cultures and spiritual practices. From a young age, she experienced psychic phenomena and lucid dreaming, fostering a deep connection to the spiritual realm. At 16, she began meditating, which helped her overcome depression. Her early exposure to psychology, influenced by her father’s profession, laid the foundation for her future endeavors.

At 22, Pia underwent a profound spiritual awakening lasting several months. This experience of interconnectedness and universal love reshaped her life’s purpose, steering her toward facilitating healing in others.

Modeling Career and Transition to Healing

Pia’s modeling career spanned 17 years, allowing her to travel extensively. However, she realized that external success did not equate to inner fulfillment. This realization propelled her towards studying psychology and exploring holistic healing methods. A vision during meditation inspired her to establish a retreat center in Europe, leading to the creation of Chez Zen in the South of France in 2014.

Chez Zen: A Sanctuary for Holistic Healing

Chez Zen, located in Gascony, became a haven for those seeking transformation. The retreat offered various modalities, including meditation, tantra, breathwork, and trauma-sensitive bodywork. Despite initial challenges integrating into French culture, Pia successfully created a space that attracted academics and public figures seeking deep healing.

Embracing Psychedelic Therapy

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pia relocated to Mexico, seeking a freer environment for her daughter and her work. In Mexico, she founded Mexico-Retreats.com, where she began incorporating psychedelics into her therapy sessions. Recognizing the profound impact of substances like psilocybin and MDMA on trauma and anxiety, Pia integrated these into her holistic approach, emphasizing safety and legality.

Reality Upgrade and Global Retreats

Pia co-founded Reality Upgrade Retreats with Dr. Stefan Frädrich, offering psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands and Mexico. These retreats combine legal psychedelics with practices like breathwork, yoga, and nature immersion. Clients, including top managers and public figures, report significant personal growth and healing.

Together, Pia and Stefan also organize the Iconic Leadership Summit on Richard Branson’s Necker Island — a unique gathering aimed at inspiring transformative leadership through psychedelic experiences.

Training the Next Generation

Under the Reality Upgrade banner, Pia and Stefan have launched an apprenticeship program to train aspiring psychedelic coaches. This initiative is already in progress, helping shape a new generation of mindful, well-trained facilitators in the field of psychedelic therapy.

Personal Philosophy and Legacy

Pia believes in being an inspiration rather than a missionary. Her focus is on aligning with the universe and providing access to healing experiences. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity, stating, “Don’t be a missionary. Be an inspiration.”
