Philipp’s university years were marked by a fascination with the iconic covers of Vogue magazine. This passion for high fashion and design serendipitously aligned with his professional trajectory. He began his career at Condé Nast, starting as an intern and eventually contributing to the relaunch of Architectural Digest (AD) Middle East. Reflecting on this period, Philipp recalls, “I could never have imagined that one day I would work at Condé Nast—starting as an intern and becoming part of the relaunch team for AD Middle East.” His tenure at Condé Nast, though concluded, remains a cherished chapter in his professional narrative.

Relocating to Dubai marked a significant turning point for Philipp. Initially uncertain about his place in this vibrant metropolis, he soon discovered a city brimming with opportunities. “When I moved to Dubai, I wasn’t sure there was a place for me—social media creates so many stereotypes,” he admits. However, three years on, he has not only found his footing but has also co-founded FORMA, a boutique communications agency, with his partner, Polina Orekhova. He reflects, “I believe the UAE is one of the most promising places to be right now, and I’m grateful I had the strength to navigate the migration challenges and build a community of talented people around me.”
Beyond its professional allure, the UAE’s progressive laws and structured approach to business and life have resonated deeply with Philipp. He appreciates the stability, security, and clear framework for success that the country offers, considering these attributes invaluable in today’s world.

The first is CIFRA, a digital art streaming platform poised to revolutionize how art is consumed in the digital age. The second is FORMA, the boutique communications agency he co-founded, which has already secured three clients within just two months of its launch. Philipp envisions immense potential for growth in both ventures, aligning with his long-term goal of merging creativity with impactful communication.
