Notably, she has over two years of experience with UAE law, having served as an in-house lawyer and corporate legal counsel for major companies in the UAE and GCC regions.

Nourham’s commitment to continuous learning led her to pursue an LLM Thesis at the University of Birmingham, UK. She also undertook postgraduate courses at the University of Cambridge and Cairo University. Her scholarly contributions include published research papers in Scopus Q1 and Q2 indexed journals and presentations at international conferences like ICASF at COP28. Her accolades include being the top graduate in her batch and receiving the Best Mooter award during her participation in legal competitions such as the Oxford University Moot Court.

She represented Egypt and the MENA region at UNICEF International Conferences and played a pivotal role in drafting the legal proposal for the United Nations End-Violence Manifesto in Johannesburg in 2018.
