Noura Abdulhady’s career is a powerful reflection of resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. With over seven years of experience in the marketing field, working for both local and global brands, Noura has navigated various challenges and turning points that have shaped her path. From her humble beginnings to becoming a PR & Communications Manager in the UAE, her journey is one of embracing change, learning from experiences, and continuously striving to do better.
Noura Abdulhady :A Passion for Marketing from the Start
Marketing has always been part of Noura’s life, even before she knew it. As a child, she would often read out loud the messages on billboards and street signs whenever her grandmother took her for a ride. This early exposure sparked an interest in marketing, and it was a passion she would pursue throughout her academic and professional life.
In 2014, Noura enrolled in one of the best universities in Jordan, Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), to study a new and emerging field: Electronic Marketing. This updated version of traditional marketing intrigued her and captured her attention. Graduating in 2018 as part of the first batch of this major, Noura’s foundation in the field was solidified, and she embarked on her professional journey in marketing with a clear vision of what she wanted to achieve.

A Journey of Turning Points
Noura’s career has been shaped by three significant turning points, each one offering valuable lessons and shaping her into the professional she is today. Her career started during her university when she worked with Baaz
The first turning point came early in her career when she had to make the difficult decision to downgrade her title after the agency she worked for faced bankruptcy. Despite the setback, Noura took it as an opportunity for growth. She joined a global agency as an office manager, where she worked diligently to prove her capabilities. Within just six months, Noura’s efforts paid off. She not only earned back her original title but also gained full ownership of key accounts, with the support of her management and team members who believed in her skills and potential.
The second turning point occurred when Noura was offered a senior position at a prestigious agency in Jordan. Despite the generous salary and senior title, Noura realized that the company culture did not align with her values. This experience taught her an important lesson: success is not just about a high salary or a senior title; it’s about finding a company culture that nurtures growth and brings out the best in you. From that moment on, she focused on seeking out workplaces that valued ambition, creativity, and a supportive work environment over mere titles and monetary rewards.
The third and most significant turning point came when Noura made the bold decision to move to the UAE. As a family-oriented person, this transition was particularly challenging as it meant leaving behind her loved ones, friends, and everything familiar. However, she viewed it as a necessary step to advance her career and explore new opportunities. The move to the UAE proved to be a game-changer, offering her fresh perspectives on the market dynamics, the diverse population, and the vibrant work culture. It was here that Noura worked on the client side of marketing—something every marketeer dreams of—and had the chance to further hone her skills and broaden her horizons.
A Legacy of Achievements and Campaign Successes
One of Noura’s most memorable professional achievements was her involvement in a campaign with Toyota during the 2022 World Cup in Jordan. This collaboration resulted in remarkable outcomes, with high engagement numbers that surpassed expectations across various social media platforms & Jordanian governorates. The success of this campaign marked a milestone for the brand exposure on social media & solidified Noura’s reputation as a skilled and innovative marketer. Her client’s feedback—“You’re a fresh breath of air”—was a compliment she would always cherish and that motivated her to continue pushing for excellence in her work.
Since moving to the UAE, Noura is working with the #1 brokerage company in Abu Dhabi, contributing to several projects and tasks that always felt rewarding. One of her biggest achievements in the UAE was working on a limited-time project where she played a key role in fully branding a new tower in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). This experience, while a year ago, remains a defining moment in Noura’s career as it introduced her to the booming real estate market and allowed her to work on a large-scale branding project that left a lasting impact on the company and its clients.
Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Change
Throughout her career, Noura has faced numerous challenges, including relocating to the UAE and adapting to new work cultures and environments. One of the most significant challenges was working for various brands across different sectors—ranging from automotive to F&B, education, banking, retail and real estate—in both Jordan and the UAE. Each brand had its own mindset, culture, and target audience, requiring Noura to quickly adapt and apply her marketing expertise to diverse industries.
However, Noura has come to realize that what makes an ideal marketer is the ability to cope with and adapt to any brand identity or direction. A great marketer is not defined by the specific sector they work in, but rather by their ability to understand and engage with different audiences, making strategic decisions that will lead to successful outcomes.
The Road Ahead: Continual Growth and Learning
As a PR & Communications Manager, Noura feels that she is on the right path towards her career goals. However, she understands that learning never stops, especially in the ever-evolving world of marketing. She is constantly seeking new knowledge and experiences to stay ahead of industry trends and to keep refining her skills.
Noura’s journey is far from over, and she remains focused on her long-term aspirations. She believes that the more she learns and experiences, the closer she gets to achieving her ultimate career goal. Her ambition is fueled by her passion for marketing, her desire to contribute to the success of the brands she works with, and her commitment to making a positive impact on the marketing landscape in the UAE.
A Legacy of Transparency and Hard Work
Noura attributes her strong work ethic to her mother, who instilled in her the belief that hard work always pays off. Growing up with a mother who was a constant source of inspiration, Noura learned the importance of perseverance and determination. These values have guided her throughout her career, and they continue to shape her approach to her work.
In her current role, Noura has been fortunate to work under the mentorship of her manager, Farah Al Achi, who has played a significant role in shaping her into a more dynamic, solution-oriented version of herself. Noura credits Farah’s leadership with helping her become a more transparent and accountable professional, traits that Noura holds dear as she strives to become the best version of herself.
Conclusion: A Bright Future Ahead
Noura Abdulhady’s journey in the marketing field has been marked by resilience, learning, and a commitment to growth. From her early experiences in Jordan to her bold move to the UAE, Noura has shown that success is not defined by titles or salaries, but by the work environment, personal growth, and the impact one has on others. With a focus on transparency, hard work, and continuous learning, Noura is on track to leave a lasting impact on the marketing industry in the UAE and beyond.
