The affected entrances include Sheikh Zayed Bridge, Sheikh Khalifa Bridge, Mussafah Bridge, and Al Maqta Bridge. These restrictions are put in place to ensure the smooth commencement of the Adipec event.

Exemptions

Notably, vehicles used by public sanitation companies and logistic support services are exempted from this temporary ban. These exceptions are designed to minimize disruptions to essential services during the event.

Efficient Traffic Management

General Mahmoud Youssef Al-Balushi, the deputy director of the Traffic and Patrol Directorate for the Central Operations Sector, emphasized that comprehensive traffic patrols will be deployed on all routes affected by the ban.

Smart traffic surveillance will also be intensified to enhance traffic control efficiency. In light of these measures, all motorists are urged to strictly adhere to traffic rules and regulations during this temporary restriction period.

This temporary entry ban is a proactive step to ensure the successful launch and operation of the Adipec 2023 event, while simultaneously minimizing inconvenience for the general public.
