Originally a computer engineer with a master’s degree in marketing and retail, she made a bold shift into the world of fashion, social media, and real estate. What inspired this dramatic career change? According to Nikita, it was about following her passion and widening her horizons, even if it meant stepping into uncharted territories.
“I wanted to choose a path I cherish the most,” Nikita shares. “Back in 2018, when I was contemplating moving to Canada or the U.S., I decided I wanted to become a realtor.”
This decision marked the beginning of her foray into real estate, sparked by TV shows like Selling Sunset and Luxe Listings that gave her insight into how the industry worked. Fast forward to today, and Nikita is a rising star in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Building Her Path from Social Media to Real Estate
Nikita’s journey started with a unique combination of skills. She began working for a top Canadian real estate firm as a social media marketing manager. Leveraging her background in computer engineering, she used tools like CRM, ad management, and social media marketing to assist real estate agents, all while defining her career path. “It was a boost for my career,” she says, as she discovered her passion for real estate.
Her move to Dubai was equally strategic. “When I visited Dubai for the first time, I saw the luxury and decided that I wanted to work here as a realtor,” Nikita recalls. After six months of working remotely for a Dubai real estate firm while still in India, she finally made the move. This marked the official beginning of her real estate journey in the city of luxury.
A Career Filled with Achievements
Nikita’s life is full of noteworthy accomplishments. From her early days as a social media influencer in 2013, she has been invited to judge fashion shows at reputed universities like Nirma and DAIICT. Her presence has graced major events, including mall inaugurations, app launches, and even designer events like Manish Malhotra’s fashion showcases.
Yet, her most significant achievement came after moving to Dubai: her first real estate deal. “My first deal at Sobha with a young German client was a turning point,” she shares. This achievement was not just a professional milestone, but also a personal triumph, adding a feather to her cap.
Nikita’s success is driven by her relentless pursuit of new goals. “I’m never a satisfied soul when it comes to achieving my goals because as soon as I’m about to achieve one, my next goal is already set.”

Behind every strong woman is an inspiration, and for Nikita, it is her single mother, a politician in India. Her mother’s resilience and ability to raise two successful children — Nikita and her brother — while starting from scratch is a testament to her strength. “She is my actual role model,” Nikita says. “She taught me to be smart, humble, independent, and connected to my roots.”
Her mother’s lessons have shaped Nikita’s values and outlook on life, encouraging her to embrace challenges and hardships with grace. “Throw me under the bus, and I’ll come back as a warrior,” she says with conviction.
Navigating Dubai’s Real Estate Landscape
Being a realtor in Dubai is no easy feat, but Nikita has taken on the challenge with enthusiasm. “I knew being a realtor in Dubai wouldn’t be easy, but I’ve been preparing for this since 2018.” Her in-depth knowledge of the market, investment strategies, and asset values allows her to guide clients towards lucrative opportunities.
One of the biggest challenges she faces is managing client expectations, especially when they come with unrealistic hopes fueled by social media. Nikita, however, prides herself on being honest with her clients. “I can’t feed them lies just to take a commission. I’m here to build long-term relationships and make a name for myself, slowly and steadily.”
Future Goals and Aspirations
Nikita is not just content with being successful in the present; she has her eyes set on bigger goals for the future. Her dream is to become the “Real Estate Queen” of Dubai and beyond, aspiring to own property in Monaco one day. “I want to keep working hard and stay on track to achieve my future goals,” she says.
Despite being a single woman in her early 30s, Nikita is determined to make her mark in the world of luxury real estate. She sees herself as a pioneer in her family and is working tirelessly to expand her name in Dubai, the United States, Monaco, and other luxury markets.

For Nikita, success in real estate isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about making a lasting impact. “For me, success is when my clients get the highest return on their investments, and they’re happy with the process. I want them to think of me when they talk about real estate expertise.”
