Her passion led her to the label side, where she served as Senior Marketing Manager of Digital Media, crafting high-impact campaigns and building artist brands that resonated.

To deepen her expertise and complement her industry experience, Nermin pursued a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Liverpool, strengthening her strategic, leadership skills and commercial foundation within the evolving music landscape.
What started in the local market soon expanded into regional and international influence, ultimately leading her to head music partnerships across the MENA region. Today, she continues to bridge creativity and strategy, helping artists break through with purpose and global relevance
