Silver Card:

The Silver Nol card, synonymous with regular travel, is valid across RTA transportation and non-transport services.

  • Cost: Dh25 upfront, including Dh19 credit.
  • Max Balance: Up to Dh1,000 for anonymous users, Dh5,000 for registered users.
  • Validity: 5 years

Gold Card:

Like the Silver Nol card, the Gold Nol card offers access to all RTA transport modes, with the added benefit of a separate cabin in the metro and tram for its holders.

  • Cost: Dh25 upfront, including Dh19 credit.
  • Max Balance: Up to Dh1,000 for anonymous users, Dh5,000 for registered users.
  • Validity: 5 years

Red Ticket:

Designed for occasional travelers, the Red Ticket is a paper disposable option valid for a single mode of transport within RTA services.

  • Cost: Dh2 per ticket.
  • Max Balance: Up to 10 journeys or five daily passes.
  • Validity: 90 days or ten trips.

Personal Card:

Tailored for specific groups, the Personal Nol card (the ‘blue’ card) offers concession fares and convenient recovery options for lost or stolen cards.

  • Cost: Dh70 with Dh20 credit.
  • Max Balance: Up to Dh5,000.
  • Validity: 5 years

Eligibility and Application Details:

Eligible groups and required documentation for obtaining a Personal Nol card are as follows:

  • Students (Ages 5-23): Valid Emirates ID, personal photo, and official document from a UAE school/university.
  • People of Determination (Residents/Tourists): Valid Emirates ID or passport, personal photo, and relevant determination documentation.
  • Senior Citizens (Above 60): Valid Emirates ID, recent personal photo.
  • Social Affairs Beneficiaries: Valid Emirates ID, personal photo, official letter from CDA confirming eligibility.
  • Adults: Valid Emirates ID, personal photo.

Application Process:

The processing duration for online applications is up to 4 working days, while immediate issuance is available at Zoom shops. 

Additionally, customization of silver or gold cards, linking them to the Emirates ID, is an option for public transport users.
