At the age of 12, Urvshi migrated to the United States, where her journey in education and career took a fascinating turn. She pursued an Honors Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, followed by a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of the Americas in the Caribbean. Initially drawn to the practice of medicine, Urvshi soon found herself captivated by the business side of the field. This interest led her to work as a healthcare consultant for various pharmaceutical companies in the USA and later as a healthcare investment banker on Wall Street.

TIn 2023, Urvshi founded The Suite Sojourn™, LLC, to address a frustrating gap in the travel market.
