In 2011, identifying a gap in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region’s employment landscape, Baz launched Nabbesh.com. This platform became the first and largest merit-based marketplace connecting talented individuals with freelance opportunities across the Arab world. Under her leadership, Nabbesh.com grew significantly, facilitating countless connections between freelancers and employers, thereby empowering a new generation of independent workers. The platform’s success culminated in a successful exit in 2020, marking a significant milestone in Baz’s entrepreneurial journey.
Empowering Startups: Kickstart Studio and Ventures
Understanding the challenges faced by non-technical entrepreneurs, Baz co-founded Kickstart Studio, a technology advisory firm designed to assist in scoping and building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
