Labelle Chocolates and Flowers Bounces Back After Unexpected Crash

A Mercedes Benz slammed into the famed Labelle Chocolates business on Al Wasl Road in Dubai, posing an unexpected challenge.

Dubai’s popular Labelle Chocolates and Flowers faced an unforeseen challenge during the bustling holiday season when a Mercedes Benz crashed into its Al Wasl Road shop.

The incident occurred when the patisserie was inundated with orders for holiday celebrations and year-end festivities.

Driver’s Mistake Causes Storefront Havoc:

Dubai Police reported that the accident resulted from the driver mistakenly pressing the gas pedal instead of the brakes, causing the luxury car to crash through nearly half of the glass storefront.

Despite the shocking visuals, Labelle assured that there was “no major damage and no people injured.”

Labelle swiftly responded to the incident, assuring customers that all orders would be fulfilled as usual. The shop expressed gratitude for the concern its valued customers showed and emphasized that despite the mishap, they were ready to resume operations promptly.

Rapid Recovery and Customer Appreciation:

Labelle, renowned for its bespoke chocolates, trendy cakes, and stunning flower arrangements, announced that repairs would be completed the same day as the incident.

The Al Wasl shop reopened after 5 pm on December 23, with normal business hours resuming the following day at 9 am. The shop’s loyal following of 261,000 Instagram followers flooded the platform with messages of support and reassurance.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Customers:

In an Arabic-language post on Instagram, Labelle expressed gratitude to customers for reaching out and offering support.
