“Since moving to Dubai, I worked my way up to becoming a retail store manager,” Kiran shares. “After resigning to care for my father during his illness, I returned to Dubai and started working in sales operations at a travel retail store in Terminal 3. This role aligns with my long-term goal of eventually building something of my own. While I’m gaining valuable experience, I’m focused on growth, and I know it will continue until I achieve my own entrepreneurial success.”

Listen more than you speak—there’s a lot to learn from others, and it prevents others from knowing what you already know. Keep working on things you’re not good at, and always be punctual in both your work and personal life. Eat healthy, stay active, and dedicate at least half an hour to your body each day. These habits will help you thrive in the long run.”
