By the age of twenty four, her efforts led her to become the Commercial Director of an IT company. Five years later, that company was sold for ten million dollars. Although she held only the director title, Irina Kremko knew how much she had contributed to building that company from the ground up. That achievement became a foundation for the confidence she carries today.
Her professional journey was not the only part of her life that transformed. In 2003, she saw an Infiniti FX for the first time and instantly fell in love with it. But when she looked up the price, she told herself she would never be able to afford it. Years later, life proved otherwise. Since 2008, Irina Kremko has driven only Infiniti cars, and today she owns two in Dubai. What once felt impossible became a powerful reminder that hard beginnings do not define the future.
A Business Mind Capable of Building Anything
Throughout her career, Irina Kremko has built businesses across very different industries. She even owned a bed linen manufacturing company in Russia. Before moving to Dubai, she was preparing to launch a chain of laser hair removal clinics. However, once she arrived in Dubai, she felt an immediate connection and knew she did not want to return to Russia.
Dubai’s opportunity driven environment and the attractive tax advantages for IT businesses encouraged her to settle there and build anew. Her IT business continued running smoothly, which gave her time and space to explore fresh ways to grow. Following her personal rule of testing everything on herself first, especially where money is involved, she began investing in Dubai real estate using her own funds.
Through her own transactions, she learned the details of the market. She studied risks, compared numbers, analyzed data, and completed more than a dozen personal real estate deals. Her approach is logical and based on practical experience. Alongside her business commitments, she continues her academic journey and is currently completing her MBA.
Although some people believe the Dubai real estate market is a bubble, Irina Kremko’s economic mindset leads her to a different conclusion. She sees stability and long term potential rather than risk. For her, Dubai is a place where growth is real and opportunities continue to expand.

All of them were around forty years old and had worked in the company for over a decade. They did not accept her. Some believed she received the promotion because of a relationship with the CEO. Others mocked her, challenged her decisions, and attempted to undermine her efforts.
She cried many evenings, overwhelmed by the pressure. However, she returned to work every day with determination. This challenging experience shaped her greatest strength. While many agencies in Dubai work with brokers who are not properly licensed, she maintains strict standards. Not a single member of her team works without an official broker license.

She jokes that perhaps she would give herself a warning about Bitcoin, although she still managed to profit from it. Despite the challenges, she is proud that she has remained a good mother and continues to grow both personally and professionally.
