Despite initial challenges in adapting to the financial industry’s culture, his passion for marketing propelled him forward. He soon transitioned to the media agency sector in London, where the industry’s energy and diversity resonated with him.
In 2010, seeking new horizons, Luca moved to Dubai. The city’s vibrancy and the thrill of winning new clients further fueled his enthusiasm. Over 13 years at his last agency, he achieved unparalleled success, culminating in his role as the regional CEO of a top-tier multinational media agency. Under his leadership, the agency witnessed unprecedented growth, numerous new business wins, and industry accolades.

After reaching the pinnacle of corporate success, Luca felt an intrinsic pull towards new challenges. His mentor, Greg Fortune, also highlighted the importance of building a positive team culture. “Although Greg managed me for only about two years, he was instrumental in my early career development and to shape the core of my leadership values,” Luca recalls.

Throughout his career, Luca has embraced the concept of commitment over motivation. He believes that while motivation can wane, unwavering commitment leads to long-term success. “For me, I commit to my family, and I’m fully committed to my show and what I’m doing,” he states.

Recognizing that individuals are the gatekeepers of their own success and failure, Luca advocates for a positive and proactive approach. “Someone’s mindset is the most powerful thing in the world, and if you use it positively, then everything and anything can be achieved,” he advises.

Today, it’s about personal satisfaction, balance, and being present. “I’m still as hungry as ever for success and having the conviction to ‘win,’ but it has been partnered with the requirement to also enjoy life and not be obsessed with purely vanity metrics,” he reflects.
