Madame Tussauds Dubai is set to welcome a new addition to its illustrious wax collection, and it’s none other than the renowned Indian actor Allu Arjun, celebrated for his contributions to Telugu cinema.

Popularly known as the ‘King of Dance’ in South Indian cinema, Allu Arjun is all set to unveil his wax likeness in person later this year.

He expressed his excitement by saying, “I visited Madame Tussauds in Los Angeles and was blown away by the experience! I can’t believe I’ll now have a wax figure; I never would have believed it!”

Iconic Red Jacket from Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo:

Allu Arjun’s wax figure will be dressed in an iconic red jacket that the actor wore in the memorable boardroom dance scene from his film “Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.”

Before creating a wax figure, a meticulous sitting session occurs between the celebrity and the artists at Madame Tussauds.

This process occurred earlier this year and involved over 200 measurements for Allu Arjun. Such attention to detail is essential in replicating a celebrity’s likeness accurately.

Placement in the ‘Bollywood Zone:

Allu Arjun’s wax figure will find its place in the interactive ‘Bollywood Zone’ in the Madame Tussauds Dubai attraction on Bluewaters.

Sanaz Kollsrud, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Dubai, acknowledged Allu Arjun’s immense popularity, stating, “Allu Arjun is undoubtedly the biggest actor from the south of India.

What better way to mark his incredible success than by giving the fans what they want — his first-ever wax figure! Our artists have been working with Allu on his likeness, and we can’t wait to unveil the figure later this year!”

A Stellar Career:

Allu Arjun, a beloved dance icon, has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including six Filmfare Awards, three Nandi Awards, and a recent National Award—making him the first Telugu actor in 69 years to achieve this honor.

Allu Arjun’s wax figure joining Madame Tussauds Dubai’s collection is a testament to his immense popularity and contributions to the entertainment world.
