Hamas Confirms Loss of Senior Leaders in Israeli Offensive

Hamas’ military wing, the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, officially confirmed on Sunday that the commander of its northern brigade, Ahmed Al Ghandour, had been killed along with three other high-ranking leaders during Israel’s offensive.

The statement from the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades revealed that Ahmed Al Ghandour held a crucial position as a member of its military council. 

According to Israeli media reports, the confirmation also extended to three other senior leaders, notably Ayman Siyyam, reportedly the head of the Brigades’ rocket-firing units.

The loss of these key figures is expected to have significant implications for the operational dynamics of Hamas’ military structure.
