Alina’s early years were dedicated to excelling in everything she did. Determined to receive the best education possible, she earned a scholarship and pursued an MBA at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan. Later, she became a certified project manager from the Project Management Institute. Despite these qualifications, finding the right job in Pakistan’s challenging market was not easy. Her career began humbly as a teacher, a necessary step that soon led to a breakthrough when she started working for the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This role was pivotal in shaping her professional journey, allowing her to work with industrialists and leaders who influenced the province’s economy and governance.
Success and Struggles in Dubai
Marriage brought Alina to Dubai, a city of big dreams and endless opportunities. Having traveled to many countries, Dubai stood out with its ambitious skyline and focus on women’s empowerment. As luck would have it, she married someone who not only supported her dreams but dared her to dream even bigger. In 2020, Alina joined Green Group as an intern, working diligently to earn a position in the sales team. Through hard work and dedication, she achieved the highest sales numbers, closing around 130 million in “The Autograph.” This success was about more than just numbers; it involved maintaining integrity and building valuable relationships on a global stage.

At Green Group, transparency and innovation drive their work. Each project showcases genuine creativity, and seeing investors succeed is Alina’s greatest reward.
