Maria Isabel Lacierda, a 44-year-old Filipina working as a cleaning assistant at Emirates Business Group (EBG) in Abu Dhabi, clinched the prestigious top prize in the inaugural Emirates Labour Market Award. She was recognized for her outstanding work ethic and as an embodiment of success.

Overflowing with gratitude, Lacierda thanked EBG for the nomination, emphasizing the opportunity to showcase her dedication and passion for her work in the UAE. Her win secured her Dh100,000 and additional benefits for topping the workforce category.
