As a teenager, Fahd Behery grappled with low self-confidence and health issues. The gym became his sanctuary, a place where he not only transformed his physique but also rebuilt his self-esteem. This personal metamorphosis ignited a passion in Fahd to help others experience the same empowerment through fitness.
A Bold Career Shift
After earning a degree in marketing and public relations in 2020, Fahd realized his true calling lay elsewhere. He took a leap of faith, transitioning into the fitness industry—a field where he had no prior experience. Starting from scratch, he pursued certifications and began coaching, determined to make a difference in people’s lives.
Climbing the Fitness Ladder
Fahd’s dedication paid off when he joined La7 Gym, one of Egypt’s premier fitness institutions, in late 2023. This achievement marked a significant milestone in his journey, reflecting the risks he took and the hard work he invested to become a reputable coach.
Building a Global Community
Currently, Fahd is expanding his coaching platform to reach a broader audience both online and in person. His goal is to build a global community focused on sustainable fitness, mindset, and lifestyle changes. He emphasizes long-term habits over quick fixes, helping clients embrace the process and find joy in their fitness journeys.

One of the most valuable lessons Fahd has learned is that real progress requires patience. He understands that results take time and that the journey isn’t always linear. This insight has shaped his coaching philosophy, focusing on consistency and long-term growth.
