Revolutionizing Housing Services in Dubai: The New Integrated Housing Center
In a significant development for the housing sector in Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, and Chairman of Dubai’s Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs, has inaugurated the ‘Dubai Integrated Housing Center’. This pioneering center is set to offer an impressive array of 54 residential services under one roof, marking a new era in housing convenience and efficiency.
Located at Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba, the Dubai Integrated Housing Center will commence operations in February. It is a direct response to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The center is a cornerstone of the recently launched Dubai Social Agenda 33, which emphasizes ‘Family: The Foundation of Our Nation’.
The center’s establishment aligns perfectly with Dubai’s ambition to provide its citizens with the world’s highest standard of living. It integrates services from four government departments and two private sector partners, offering a one-stop solution for all housing-related needs. The center aims to simplify and streamline the process of building a home, making it more accessible and less daunting for citizens.
Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring the happiness and well-being of its citizens, reflecting the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He noted that the center is part of a series of programs and initiatives designed to meet citizens’ aspirations in terms of work, life, well-being, and housing, contributing significantly to family and social stability.
The Dubai Integrated Housing Center will provide comprehensive support, including consultancy for design selection, cost-saving guidance, and assistance with financing through banks. Its goal is to create a comfortable and convenient environment, ensuring an efficient and seamless home-building experience.
In line with the Dubai Social Agenda 33, the center seeks to position Dubai as a global benchmark for housing services. One of its specific objectives is to provide land and a residential loan to every new Emirati family within a year of application. The center addresses various housing, construction, and land services, tailoring solutions to the unique needs of citizens.
This initiative is part of Dubai’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its citizens. It reflects a holistic approach to urban planning, integrating housing services with broader social and developmental goals. The Dubai Integrated Housing Center is a testament to the city’s innovative spirit and its pursuit of excellence in all aspects of life.
