Dubai Launches ‘Dubai AI’ Platform for Seamless Access to City Services

Dubai has announced 'Dubai AI,' an AI digital platform meant to give citizens, residents, visitors, and business owners simple access to a variety of city services.

Dubai has unveiled a groundbreaking AI digital platform, ‘Dubai AI,’ designed to provide citizens, residents, visitors, and business owners easy access to a wide range of city services and information. 

The initiative is a collaboration between Digital Dubai and the Dubai Center for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) and was launched at the Dubai Assembly for Generative AI.

The ‘Dubai AI’ platform offers accurate information and services across diverse sectors, encompassing health, education (including schools, institutes, and universities), tourist destinations, restaurants, transportation, sports, weather, environment, tourism, aviation, business, real estate, and more. Users from all categories can utilize the platform for their inquiries.

The platform continuously populates with data from official sources covering every aspect of the city. 

It employs generative AI to offer real-time, interactive, and personalized data through government and private-sector entities, creating a personalized user experience.

Government’s Commitment to Technological Advancements:

Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Government Establishment, emphasized that the ‘Dubai AI’ platform exemplifies Dubai’s commitment to leveraging advanced technologies, such as generative artificial intelligence, to enhance the quality of digital life within the emirate. 

The initiative aims to offer seamless, personalized experiences for customers.

Expanding AI Applications for the Community:

Saeed Al Falasi, director of the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, stated that the platform supports Dubai’s ongoing efforts to employ artificial intelligence applications to develop essential sectors and services that directly impact the community.

Dr. Moza Suwaidan, Executive Director of the Digital Applications and Platforms sector at the Digital Dubai Govt Establishment, emphasized their goal of digitalizing every aspect of life within Dubai.
