Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA Dubai) recently announced the successful arrest of an international criminal group involved in an illegal immigration operation. 

Authorities disclosed that the meticulous operation, spanning three months, culminated in the swift capture of the suspects.

Targeting Illegal Immigration

During the period of investigation and surveillance, officials identified the criminal syndicate comprising individuals of diverse nationalities. 

The group specialized in the creation and distribution of counterfeit documents, particularly aimed at facilitating illegal immigration to specific European countries.

Technological Intervention

GDRFA Dubai emphasized its utilization of cutting-edge technology, enabling the identification and detection of forged documents manufactured by the group. 

Authorities are currently engaged in the process of assessing the total count of fraudulent documents produced by the apprehended individuals.
