His tenure at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust as a Consultant Pediatric Neurologist further solidified his reputation. For three years, he led specialized services for complex epilepsies, vagal nerve stimulation, and ketogenic diet treatments, helping countless children manage their conditions effectively.

In 2015, Dr. Arif relocated to Dubai to lead Children’s Services at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology. Driven by a vision to bridge this gap, he founded Neuropedia in March 2018, the first dedicated pediatric neuroscience center in the UAE. Under his leadership, Neuropedia expanded to Sharjah, further enhancing access to specialized pediatric neurological care.
