Dubai – Arista Properties, based in Dubai, has unveiled the Dh500 million Wadi Villas project in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, District 11, Meydan, reflecting the surging demand for luxury properties in the emirate.
This new development will comprise 30 villas featuring 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms, with prices ranging from Dh14 million to Dh40 million. The project is scheduled for completion by 2026.
The demand for lavish properties, particularly villas, has soared in Dubai post-pandemic, as both residents and foreign investors seek more spacious accommodations.

The Wadi Villas have been meticulously designed by HBA Architects, with Coopers Hill handling landscape designs.

Mudit Jain, co-founder of Arista Properties, revealed that Wadi Villas marks the inaugural venture in the company’s series of luxury real estate projects in Dubai.
