Dh500 Million Wadi Villas Launched in MBR City, Dubai; Completion Set for 2026

Dubai – Arista Properties, based in Dubai, has unveiled the Dh500 million Wadi Villas project in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, District 11, Meydan, reflecting the surging demand for luxury properties in the emirate.

This new development will comprise 30 villas featuring 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms, with prices ranging from Dh14 million to Dh40 million. The project is scheduled for completion by 2026.

The demand for lavish properties, particularly villas, has soared in Dubai post-pandemic, as both residents and foreign investors seek more spacious accommodations.

The Wadi Villas have been meticulously designed by HBA Architects, with Coopers Hill handling landscape designs.

The gated community offers an array of amenities, including a co-working lounge, café, concierge services, 24/7 security, maintenance, CCTV surveillance, visitor’s driver lounge, rainforest boardwalk, private parking, infinity lap pool clubhouse, fitness center, game room, library, and indoor/outdoor kids’ play area. Mudit Jain, co-founder of Arista Properties, revealed that Wadi Villas marks the inaugural venture in the company’s series of luxury real estate projects in Dubai.
