“The season is still ongoing,” he laughs, reflecting on that turning point. “What I thought was temporary became my destiny.”

Like many great chefs, Giorgio faced challenges that tested his dedication. One of the biggest came in 2016, when he made a life-altering decision to leave Germany and travel the world. It was a leap of faith to explore new cultures, ingredients, and cuisines.
“It was the best decision of my life,” he recalls. “I learned so much, not only about food but also about people, traditions, and respect for different ways of living.”

Dinner Incredible: A Culinary Dream Turned Reality
The highlight of Giorgio’s career came during the global pandemic. While many in the industry struggled, he turned challenges into opportunities by creating Dinner Incredible, a culinary event connected to a TV series.
What started as a passion project during difficult times is now slowly but surely conquering the world. Dinner Incredible became a platform to showcase not just food, but creativity, storytelling, and cultural exchange.
The series has already produced two seasons. The first, filmed in Italy, aired on Food Network and Discovery Channel. The second, filmed in Saudi Arabia, is set to premiere soon on MBC Arabia. Future plans include filming in Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan. Giorgio’s long-term vision is to create at least eight TV series before securing a global deal with Netflix.
“My dream is to reach the world through Dinner Incredible,” Giorgio says. “It’s not only about cooking but about connecting cultures and creating experiences people will never forget.”
New Ventures on the Horizon
While television has given Giorgio’s work a new platform, he is not slowing down in the restaurant world. At the beginning of September, he is opening an Italian deli shop. His goal is to launch at least four shops by December.
On top of that, by the end of the year, he will open a new Italian restaurant in Cairo called Casale. This will be a classic Italian dining experience, bringing authentic flavors to the heart of Egypt’s bustling capital.
“Casale will be special,” Giorgio explains. “It’s about recreating the feeling of Italian tradition in an international city. I want people to feel the warmth of Italy in every bite.”
Lessons Learned Through Struggles
Behind Giorgio’s success lies a series of hard lessons. One of the most valuable was about business partnerships.
“I learned that not all that glitters is gold,” he reflects. “If you want a partner, it must be someone with the same mindset, experience, and knowledge. Otherwise, it will hold you back.”
Mistakes taught him resilience. They also shaped his philosophy: everything must be done with honesty, love, and passion. For him, this is the only way to create something that lasts.

“Do it only if you really have the passion for it,” he advises. “Don’t do it for money or fame. Put your full heart into it, and success will follow you.”
