MasterChef India and Expansive Media Presence

Chef Ajay Chopra gained national recognition as the co-host and judge of the first two seasons of MasterChef India. He further expanded his media presence with numerous TV programmes including Hi Tea on Food Food, Northern Flavours seasons 1 to 6 on Living Foodz, Veggistan on NDTV, India’s 50 Best Dishes on ZeeZest (seasons 1, 2, and 3), Papad Pickle Pyala on ZeeZest, Pattey Ki Baat on ZeeZest, and Chef vs Fridge seasons 2 and 3 on ZeeCafe. These shows highlight his ability to blend traditional Indian cuisine with global influences.
Zion Hospitality and Zion Associates: Culinary Consultancy
In 2014, Chef Chopra founded Zion Hospitality, a consultancy firm specializing in providing expert guidance to hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Zion Associates, a subsidiary of Zion Hospitality based in the UAE, runs a consulting arm there. They have successfully managed a cafe chain in Abu Dhabi owned by ADUH called Le Noir, located at St. Regis and near the Grand Mosque. Apart from this, they launched the Indikaya restaurant, for which Zion Hospitality designed the menu and concept. Another restaurant in Al Barsha, Dubai, called Zordaar, is also under their portfolio.
