A Platform for Artistic Expression
Yousef Al Rida, CEO of the Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector at RTA, emphasized the competition’s role in promoting sustainable public transport use. The contest, held annually, encourages residents and visitors to digitally capture the emirate’s urban and tourist landmarks while using public transport modes. The entries showcased a diverse range of content, highlighting the beauty of Dubai’s roads, green spaces, and architectural marvels.
Ali Khalifa bin Thalith, Secretary-General of HIPA, noted that the winning works translated cultural concepts into visually simplified forms, adding aesthetic touches that captivated the audience. The competition’s success reflects the ongoing cooperation between RTA and HIPA in raising awareness about sustainable transport, showcased in Dubai through unique global models for visual art enthusiasts.
