Calisthenics Legend: Adham Sharabia’s Inspiring Rise with Turbosthenics

Adham Sharabia

Adham Sharabia didn’t grow up dreaming of building a fitness empire. Like many kids, he was hooked on gaming. Hours spent behind screens, locked into a digital world. It was fun, but it wasn’t fulfilling. Slowly, bad habits crept in, and his days started blending into one another.

That’s when spearfishing came into his life. It dragged him outside, gave him a reason to get off the couch, and introduced him to the real world. Spearfishing taught Adham discipline, focus, and patience. But even that couldn’t hold forever.

“I realized it couldn’t support me financially,” Adham recalls. “That was my wake up call. I had to reinvent myself.”

Discovering Calisthenics: A Life Changing Moment

The reinvention came in the form of calisthenics. A sport based on bodyweight movements, raw strength, and pure consistency. For Adham, it wasn’t just a workout. It was a complete transformation.

“Calisthenics gave me purpose, power, and freedom. No other sport did that for me,” he says.

He fell in love with the grind. The simplicity of pull ups, push ups, and core control. But more than that, he fell in love with how it made him feel. Focused, strong, and clear headed.

Soon, his passion for the sport turned into something more. He wasn’t just training for himself anymore. He wanted others to feel the same shift.

Building Turbosthenics: From Lone Warrior to Community Leader

From training alone in parks to hosting group sessions, Adham began sharing his journey online. His energy was infectious. People started noticing, and slowly a community formed around his brand, Turbosthenics.

What started as a personal training outlet became a gym. His own gym. Built from scratch, step by step.

“My proudest achievement isn’t the gym itself. It’s the people inside it,” Adham shares. “We’ve built a space where people push each other to be better every day.”

Turbosthenics is now more than just a gym. It’s a movement. A place where individuals transform their bodies and minds, led by someone who’s been through that same grind.

From Coach to CEO: Learning the Hard Way

Despite his passion and skills as a coach, Adham quickly realized that running a business required a different mindset. With just three semesters in marketing and management under his belt, he had to teach himself the rest.

“That was my biggest challenge. Learning to lead, not just coach,” he admits. “It’s a different game when you’re the one paying bills, managing people, and setting long term goals.”

There were tough lessons along the way. He learned never to mix business with friendship. And that “cheap” clients often come with the most complaints. But the most important takeaway?

“Never give up. No matter how many times you fail, keep pushing.”

The Vision: Egypt’s First Full Calisthenics Sports Brand

Adham’s mission is bigger than one gym. His goal is to create Egypt’s first complete sports brand for calisthenics. This includes everything from equipment to apparel and training accessories. All under the Turbosthenics name.

“It’s not about being the best gym. It’s about changing the game,” he says.

His dream is to put Egypt on the global calisthenics map, and he’s already taking steps to make that a reality. From social media content to physical products, he’s building a brand that reflects strength, resilience, and self mastery.

The Power of Passion: Lighting a Fire in Others

What fuels Adham the most isn’t personal success. It’s watching others transform. Helping someone unlock their first pull up, conquer their fears, or push through mental blocks is what keeps him going.

“My real passion is seeing others fall in love with calisthenics the way I did,” he explains. “There’s nothing like it.”

Whether it’s through online content, group classes, or one on one coaching, Adham makes it clear. His mission is to inspire.

Words of Wisdom: Advice to the Next Generation

If he could talk to his younger self, Adham would repeat the words his father once told him. “Walk slow, you arrive fast.”

“Focus on accuracy over speed. Take the right steps, not the fast ones,” he says. “I learned that the hard way.”

His advice to aspiring entrepreneurs and athletes? Don’t rush success. Build slowly, make thoughtful decisions, and minimize unnecessary risks.

What’s Next for Turbosthenics

Right now, Adham is laser focused on expansion. That means growing the brand, designing top tier workout gear, and building strategic partnerships. He’s also working on launching online training programs so people outside Egypt can benefit from his coaching philosophy.

He’s more than just a fitness coach. He’s a mentor, a builder, and a visionary leader.

Legacy in Motion: More Than Just Muscle

Adham wants to be remembered for more than his strength. His goal is to leave behind a legacy, not just a brand.

“I want to be the guy who changed the game for calisthenics,” he says. “Someone who built a movement that lives on beyond me.”

With Turbosthenics, he’s well on his way. The brand stands for transformation from the inside out. It’s about turning struggles into strength, and dreams into reality.
