The advisory emphasizes that companies must ensure that outdoor work adheres to occupational health and safety standards.

Mohre’s directive also highlights the responsibility of companies to safeguard the health and security of employees commuting to and from outdoor work sites, underscoring the importance of preventive measures during adverse weather conditions.
In Ras Al Khaimah, heavy rains have led to the decision to conduct government school classes remotely.
Additionally, the emirate has activated crisis management teams, heightening readiness levels to address the impact of the inclement weather.
Weather Forecast and Expected Conditions:
Weather forecasts indicate the likelihood of lightning, thunder, and varying intensities of rainfall across the country’s eastern, northern, and coastal areas over the next two days, signaling the continuation of the challenging weather patterns.
This advisory echoes a similar call made approximately three weeks ago during a 28-day period of rainfall in the UAE, wherein Mohre advocated for flexible work patterns to ensure the safety and well-being of workers amidst adverse weather conditions.
