In a significant development, Aldar Properties, a prominent real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, announced the successful finalization of its acquisition of London-based developer London Square. 

The deal, valued at Dh1.07 billion ($291.4 million), was completed recently, marking Aldar’s inaugural venture beyond the Mena region.

As the Aldar Properties States:

Aldar Properties expressed in a statement, “The transaction signifies Aldar’s strategic leap into augmenting its scale, expanding market penetration, and cultivating diversified revenue streams.”
