Located within Latifa Hospital, the Centre integrates obstetric and paediatric specialties, aiming to embrace advancements in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) and emerging technologies. The initiative, developed under the patronage of the Al Tayer family, signifies a collaborative effort to revolutionize healthcare services for expectant mothers and their unborn children.
Dr. Muna Abdul Razzaq Tahlak, CEO at Latifa Hospital and Chief Medical Officer at Dubai Health, expressed her enthusiasm for the launch, emphasizing its alignment with the patient-first approach at Dubai Health. She extended gratitude to the Al Tayer family for their generous support, highlighting their commitment to advancing prenatal care.
Under the leadership of board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Consultant, Dr. Fadi Mirza, the Centre aims to leverage global expertise in prenatal paediatrics and fetal medicine. The Al Tayer family’s contribution of Dh4 million dirhams through the Al Jalila Foundation played a pivotal role in establishing the Centre in honor of Shaikha Abdulla bin Kalban.
