Air France-KLM Group and Etihad Airways have announced a strengthened partnership between their loyalty programs following a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marked in September 2023.
This collaboration allows Flying Blue and Etihad Guest loyalty program members to earn and redeem miles when flying on Air France, KLM, or Etihad Airways.
Reciprocal Benefits and Extended Route Access:
The partnership introduces reciprocal benefits for elite members, with over 60 new routes spanning global destinations accessible to customers of both airlines.
Air France now operates daily flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Abu Dhabi International Airport. At the same time, Etihad offers daily flights to Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Mile Redemption and Customer Experiences:
Flying Blue Miles and Etihad Guest Miles offer various redemption options, including flights, hotel stays, car rentals, and merchandise from their reward stores.
This collaboration aims to provide a seamless travel experience for 20 million loyal members combined.
