Nermeen’s story is deeply connected to her heritage. Though born and based in Jordan, her Palestinian roots play a central role in her identity and work. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has accumulated over eight years of professional experience across sales and marketing. Most recently, she worked as a Sales Manager at an agency in Jordan before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey.
Launching XquisiteMGMT
In February 2025, Nermeen took a bold step by launching XquisiteMGMT, a premium agency specializing in casting, modeling, and user-generated content (UGC). The agency proudly centers Arab culture and identity in all its work, representing over 100 Arab talents and growing rapidly.
Nermeen also leads the creative direction of the agency’s media team, ensuring the production of engaging content that resonates deeply with audiences and has the potential to go viral organically.
