Abu Dhabi, UAE – The vibrant three-day celebration, Building Bridges for the Future UAE & China, concluded on a high note this weekend, leaving behind a lasting impression of unity, heritage, and shared ambition. Held from November 1st to 3rd at the picturesque Abu Dhabi Corniche, the event drew thousands of attendees, including dignitaries, students, and families, to honour 40 years of diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and the People’s Republic of China.
Hosted under the patronage of cultural and government authorities from both nations, the celebration unfolded across interactive zones that invited the public to delve into a rich tapestry of traditional arts, live performances, educational workshops, and a unique journey through Past, Present, and Future milestones in UAE-China relations.

The event was officially inaugurated by a high-level delegation, including:
- H.E. Sheikh Salem Al Qassimi, UAE Minister of Culture and Youth
- H.E. Zhang Yiming, Chinese Ambassador to the UAE
- H.E. Ahmed Bin Ali Al Sayegh, UAE Minister of State
